We searched for a source untouched by industry and time, and found it high in the pristine mountains, where snowmelt filters slowly through mineral-rich rock over many years.
There, the water gathers its character a naturally balanced pH and a delicate profile of calcium, magnesium and bicarbonate. We bottle it at source, add nothing, and let the mountain speak for itself.
